Enterprise operation
SaaS runtime managed by MuleSoft, multi-tenant and elastic. Ideal to get started quickly.
Kubernetes-based, runs on your cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or data center. Full control.
Publishing, versioning, security policies, throttling, analytics and developer portal.
Declarative language for transforming data between complex formats with performance.
API-led is MuleSoft's key methodology. It separates concerns and enables each API to be reused across multiple projects and channels.
Connect source systems (SAP, Salesforce, Protheus, Oracle). Isolate the original system's complexity in a clean, reusable API.
Orchestrate composite business rules. Combine multiple System APIs to execute processes like 'create complete customer' or 'calculate unified shipping'.
Customize data for each channel: mobile app, web portal, B2B partner. Format the ideal payload for each consumer, without duplicating logic.
Bidirectional integration between Sales/Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA or ECC: accounts, contacts, orders, invoicing, inventory.
Salesforce connection to Protheus, Oracle EBS, SankhyaW, Sage. Dedicated connectors and DataWeave for tax mapping.
EDI integrations with partners (Walmart, Carrefour, retailers): ANSI X12, EDIFACT, IDoc, via native EDI Module.
Deploy APIs and integrations on MuleSoft cloud, with auto-scaling, high availability and integrated monitoring.
Kubernetes execution within your cloud or on-prem. Ideal for data sovereignty and local latency requirements.
Complex transformations of JSON, XML, EDI, CSV, Avro, Parquet with reusable functions and shared libraries.

Every serious integration needs explicit patterns: request-reply, pub-sub, orchestration, choreography, scatter-gather, event-driven. MuleSoft supports all with ready-made primitives, Anypoint MQ, Kafka, AMQP queues and webhooks. CCX designs each integration per the most adequate pattern — synchronous only when low latency is mandatory; asynchronous with idempotence and retries for everything that tolerates slight delay. The result is a system that resists partial failures, scales with business volume and is auditable at every step.
In API-led connectivity, each API is a product: has owner, contract, documentation, version, security policy and KPIs. CCX adopts OpenAPI 3 (or RAML, when client prefers) as source contract, design review before implementation, contract tests in CI/CD and publication in Anypoint Exchange for discovery and reuse. APIs that don't follow this discipline become point integrations that deteriorate over time; APIs designed as products become reusable assets that accelerate future projects.
Integration security is multi-layer: authentication (OAuth 2.0, mTLS, JWT), authorization (claims, scopes, role-based), encryption in transit and at rest, PII masking, immutable audit trail. MuleSoft offers out-of-the-box policies (rate limiting, IP allowlist, CORS, client ID enforcement) applicable per environment. CCX defines mandatory minimum policy for all APIs and sets up governance gates via CI/CD that block non-standard deployments. Post go-live, monitoring via Anypoint Monitoring + Datadog/Splunk alerts violations in real-time.
MuleSoft is a powerful platform, but it's not cheap. Licenses are based on vCores (runtime capacity) and can scale quickly. True TCO includes license, infra (when Runtime Fabric), internal team and partners. CCX Company helps right-size vCores, adopt patterns that optimize usage (smaller payloads, streaming, batching), reuse APIs across projects and avoid common pitfalls like over-provisioning. In many cases, an architecture review cuts 30-50% of license cost without losing capacity.
A CCX ajuda a escolher conforme contexto técnico, licenças atuais e complexidade.
Sim.
Ambos. CloudHub é a opção SaaS gerenciada.
In a technical session we analyze your current scenario and deliver an API-led connectivity roadmap with clear costs, risks and gains.
